PayrollX is a cloud HR platform for Indian businesses. It brings together attendance, payroll, leaves, expenses, and employee management in an employer web dashboard plus employer and employee Android apps.

Click Get Started or Start free on our website, complete employer registration with your company details, and verify your account via OTP. The free plan is applied automatically — no credit card required.

Yes. New employers get a free plan on registration with up to 5 employees. You can upgrade anytime from the employer portal when your team grows.

Attendance & GEO

When GEO attendance is enabled, employees punch in and out from the employee app with location verification inside your configured office geofence. Employers can review punches, addresses, and calendars from the web dashboard.

Yes. Employers can update punch times, add missing punches, and use bulk attendance adjustment tools from the employer web portal when permitted by your company policy.

Employees typically use the PayrollX employee Android app for selfie + GEO punch in/out. Employers manage rules, shifts, and holidays from the web dashboard or employer app.

Payroll & employees

Yes. Employers can view earned salary, deductions, late fees, overtime, payable amounts, and download salary slips. Salary payout and advance options are available from the employer portal.

Employees submit leave requests from the app. Employers review, approve, or reject them from the web dashboard or employer app with full request history and remarks.

PayrollX supports employee profiles with ID proof PAN / Aadhaar fields so you can keep verification details organized per employee.

Apps, login & support

Employer login uses email-based OTP verification — no password to remember. A one-time code is sent to your registered email and mobile for secure access.

Yes. Employer web, employer app, and employee app share the same cloud data so attendance, leaves, employees, and settings stay in sync in real time.
