By registering for or using PayrollX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PayrollX provides cloud-based HR, attendance, payroll-related, and workforce management tools via employer and employee applications and web interfaces. Features depend on your subscription plan.
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service in violation of labour or tax laws applicable to you.
As an employer you are the data controller for employee information you enter. You must have lawful basis to collect employee data (including biometrics/photos/location where used) and provide required notices to staff.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayrollX is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or payroll calculation errors arising from incorrect data you provide. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in India unless otherwise required by law.
