Terms of Service

By registering for or using PayrollX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

PayrollX provides cloud-based HR, attendance, payroll-related, and workforce management tools via employer and employee applications and web interfaces. Features depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

• Employers must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for employee access you authorize.
• Login uses one-time codes sent to registered email/phone; keep those channels secure.

3. Plans & payment

• The free plan is available upon successful employer registration, subject to employee limits shown on the Plans page.
• Paid plans require payment via Razorpay or methods we support. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• We may change plan limits, features, or pricing with notice on the website or portal.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service in violation of labour or tax laws applicable to you.

5. Employer responsibilities

As an employer you are the data controller for employee information you enter. You must have lawful basis to collect employee data (including biometrics/photos/location where used) and provide required notices to staff.

6. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect access.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayrollX is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or payroll calculation errors arising from incorrect data you provide. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in India unless otherwise required by law.
